History

The Scandinavian Raceway hosted six Swedish Grands Prix from 1973 to 1978, including the only F1 wins of the Tyrrell P34 six-wheeler (1976) and the Brabham "fan car" (1978). The deaths of Ronnie Peterson and Gunnar Nilsson in 1978 ended local support.
